ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHICS, BRANDING > Latitude 33, a contemporary community in Marina del Rey, California, commissioned a signage system that would strengthen its neighborhood identity while enhancing wayfinding for residents and visitors. The project centered on creating signs that are easy to read, resilient in the marine environment, and visually in harmony with Latitude 33’s modern architecture. By pairing clean typography with subtle nautical cues and materials suited to the waterfront climate, the system balances clear functionality with a refined, coastal-modern aesthetic.
